While once upon a time, I really wanted to have nothing to do with advertisements or any kind of “clutter” on this blog, I have had to re-evaluate my stance.
In my quest to move from a work outside the home mom to a work from home mom to enable myself and Father Unexpected the ability to choose to have another child without putting undue strain on ourselves, our child(ren), and our extended families; I have had to persue avenues of income that I had not previously.
There are now ads that run on this page at all times. I plan to keep it now and in the future as minimally invasive as possible. I do not expect my visitors to click on any links solely for my benefit and I am continually monitoring to find ads that I do not agree with or that I find harmful and ensure that they are promptly removed.
I do utilize the services of Google Adsense and as such there may be ads that I can not control or that I am not aware of. If you are offended or find the content of an ad inappropriate for the context of this blog please contact me at motherunexpected@motherunexpected.com and let me know.
I will evaluate all reports and take action that I deem necessary.
I in no way want anyone to feel as though my focus is to gain monetary value from this blog, as a matter of fact as of the date of this writing, I have made no money through ads. They have been online for several weeks now as a trial run. I feel that they can stay and I hope that my guest will not mind too much.
